Upgrade of Wellhead Platform DCS/ESD/FGS Control Systems

Upgrade of the DCS/ESD/FGS Control Systems at the Wellhead Platform. Upgrade was necessitated by obsolescence of the existing control modules; the existing Siemens PCS7 PLC modules are to be replaced with Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC modules. Scope includes reverse engineering, detail engineering design, PLC/HMI application migration, integrated functional tests, and site commissioning services.

Repair of Power Plant Instrument Air Compressor Control System

Troubleshooting & Repair of the PLC Control System of the Instrument Air Compressor. Failure was due to faulty obsolete modules. System was modified to fit required system operation / controls. Carried out retrofit design, PLC logic modification, panel retrofit and pre-commissioning services

PLC5 System Upgrade

Programming and Integration of Metering System

Project aims to provide an integrated control and metering system utilizing ultra-sonic flow meters; other process and safety instrumentations to determine the volume of gas injected into the OB3 Gas Line. Carried out control system design, panel assembly, PLC/HMI logic development, integrated testing, and site commissioning services.

Hot-Cutover of Emergency Shutdown System of Offshore Storage Facility

Hot-cutover & commissioning of an AB PLC-based ESD system. The old ESD control system was replaced due to obsolescence. Carried out careful analysis & classification of loop/SIFs, phased migration, and testing

Revamp of Water Bath Heater Control System

Revamp of a Siemens PLC-based Water Bath Heater control system unit. The system had been out-of-service for more than 5-years. Carried out procurement, troubleshooting, commissioning services of the control system.

Power Generator Control System PLC Logic Reengineering

Re-engineering of the PLC logic of the Generator Control System. The PLC logic was lost due to long-term shutdown. Project involved reverse engineering, logic development, testing and commissioning.
